Declan has extensive experience in surface and groundwater monitoring. He has been involved in monitoring programmes at industrial and IPPC facilities for over twenty years including the design, installation and operation of state of the art real time monitoring networks.

Declan previously worked as a research scientist on a EU Brite Euram project developing integrated effluent and surface water management systems for the European mining industry.

He is experienced in baseline surveys and groundwater monitoring programmes including contaminated site investigations and brownfield restoration.
