Declan is a member of the Institute of Acoustics and
provides advice and consultancy in noise control and
pollution. Many industries are regulated for noise
control and noise nuisance is a growing area of
public concern.
Having working in some of the most heavily regulated
industries as well in research and development in
noise, Declan not only has first-hand experience but
is a recognised expert in noise control, impact
assessment and noise compliance.
Declan was senior consultant and project manager for
a national noise project to support the
implementation of the EU noise directive in Ireland
and has numerous papers published on the subject.
